As President and Founder of Concept Coaching, Sherry LeBlanc brings
an unwavering dedication to supporting executives, entrepreneurs
and whole organizations in their pursuit of professional and personal
success. Her mantra, “inspire, strategize, achieve”,
aptly summarizes her coaching approach. This approach challenges
clients to look fearlessly within themselves for answers, and use
their findings to develop concrete, achievable action plans.
Sherry’s success as a coach stems from her unique blend of
professional experience and formal coaching education. Her expertise
encompasses many areas, both management and coaching-related. Notably,
Sherry spent 15 years as a senior manager in dental healthcare and
ten years as a business owner in the hospitality industry. This
provides her with an excellent context in which to understand and
confidently guide her clients.
Sherry is comfortable working with individuals and groups at all
organizational levels. Her client roster has included executive
directors, managers, and staff in a range of private and public
industries.
Sherry’s specialty areas include individual coaching, group
facilitation; leadership development; and whole life balance.
She also strongly espouses the principle of mind/body balance,
often calling upon her 20 years of fitness knowledge and credentials
as a Provincial Certified Fitness Trainer to help clients bring
competing areas of their lives into alignment.
Her professional experience is complemented by a Graduate Certificate
in Executive Coaching (2001) from Royal Roads University. Since
obtaining her certificate, Sherry’s relationship with the
university has grown to include roles as an Assistant Faculty Member,
Certification Evaluator and Mentor Coach.
Sherry is the past President of the International
Coach Federation's Vancouver Island Chapter and member of the
International Association of Coaches. She is strongly committed
to the ongoing growth of her profession, actively participating
in educational initiatives that increase public awareness of the
goals and benefits of professional coaching.
